Materials Data on Tb3P4Pd7 by Materials Project

Tb3Pd7P4 crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are two inequivalent Tb sites. In the first Tb site, Tb is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to ten Pd and four P atoms. There are a spread of Tb–Pd bond distances ranging from 2.98–3.19 Å. There are two shorter (2.95 Å) and two longer (2.99 Å) Tb–P bond lengths. In the second Tb site, Tb is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to ten Pd and six P atoms. There are a spread of Tb–Pd bond distances ranging from 3.24–3.49 Å. There are two shorter (2.96 Å) and four longer (3.00 Å) Tb–P bond lengths. There are four inequivalent Pd sites. In the first Pd site, Pd is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to five Tb, three Pd, and four P atoms. There are one shorter (2.80 Å) and two longer (2.89 Å) Pd–Pd bond lengths. There are a spread of Pd–P bond distances ranging from 2.47–2.58 Å. In the second Pd site, Pd is bonded to four Tb, five Pd, and three P atoms to form a mixture of distorted corner, edge, and face-sharing PdTb4P3Pd5 cuboctahedra. There are two shorter (2.83 Å) and two longer (2.93 Å) Pd–Pd bond lengths. All Pd–P bond lengths are 2.48 Å. In the third Pd site, Pd is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to four Tb, five Pd, and three equivalent P atoms. There are two shorter (2.88 Å) and one longer (3.08 Å) Pd–Pd bond lengths. There are two shorter (2.51 Å) and one longer (2.65 Å) Pd–P bond lengths. In the fourth Pd site, Pd is bonded to four equivalent Tb, six Pd, and two equivalent P atoms to form distorted face-sharing PdTb4P2Pd6 cuboctahedra. Both Pd–P bond lengths are 2.46 Å. There are two inequivalent P sites. In the first P site, P is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to four Tb and five Pd atoms. In the second P site, P is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to three Tb and six Pd atoms.

Materials Data on Tb(PPd)2 by Materials Project

Tb(PdP)2 crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/mmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Tb is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight equivalent Pd and eight equivalent P atoms. All Tb–Pd bond lengths are 3.22 Å. All Tb–P bond lengths are 3.10 Å. Pd is bonded to four equivalent Tb, four equivalent Pd, and four equivalent P atoms to form a mixture of distorted face, edge, and corner-sharing PdTb4P4Pd4 cuboctahedra. All Pd–Pd bond lengths are 2.90 Å. All Pd–P bond lengths are 2.47 Å. P is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Tb, four equivalent Pd, and one P atom. The P–P bond length is 2.20 Å.

Materials Data on TbPPd by Materials Project

TbPdP crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Tb is bonded in a 11-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Pd and five equivalent P atoms. There are a spread of Tb–Pd bond distances ranging from 3.02–3.27 Å. There are a spread of Tb–P bond distances ranging from 2.86–2.93 Å. Pd is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Tb, two equivalent Pd, and four equivalent P atoms. Both Pd–Pd bond lengths are 3.06 Å. There are three shorter (2.56 Å) and one longer (2.80 Å) Pd–P bond lengths. P is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Tb and four equivalent Pd atoms.

Materials Data on Tb3(P3Pd10)2 by Materials Project

Tb3(Pd10P3)2 crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are two inequivalent Tb sites. In the first Tb site, Tb is bonded to sixteen Pd atoms to form distorted TbPd16 tetrahedra that share edges with six equivalent TbPd16 tetrahedra and faces with four equivalent TbP6Pd12 cuboctahedra. There are four shorter (2.87 Å) and twelve longer (3.36 Å) Tb–Pd bond lengths. In the second Tb site, Tb is bonded to twelve equivalent Pd and six equivalent P atoms to form distorted face-sharing TbP6Pd12 cuboctahedra. All Tb–Pd bond lengths are 3.01 Å. All Tb–P bond lengths are 3.24 Å. There are two inequivalent Pd sites. In the first Pd site, Pd is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to one Tb, six equivalent Pd, and three equivalent P atoms. All Pd–Pd bond lengths are 3.05 Å. All Pd–P bond lengths are 2.50 Å. In the second Pd site, Pd is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to three Tb, nine Pd, and two equivalent P atoms. There are one shorter (2.68 Å) and four longer (3.01 Å) Pd–Pd bond lengths. Both Pd–P bond lengths are 2.40 Å. P is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to one Tb and eight Pd atoms.
