Photocapacitive image converter
Abstract
Solid-state converters yield high sensitivity at high information-retrieval speed. Main advantages are high sensitivity of photocapacitive mechanism and inherent speed of information retrieval method. Fabrication of both devices is relatively simple and inexpensive.
