Materials Data on ZrNi4O by Materials Project
ZrNi4O crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Zr is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to twelve equivalent Ni and four equivalent O atoms. All Zr–Ni bond lengths are 2.76 Å. All Zr–O bond lengths are 2.88 Å. Ni is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to three equivalent Zr and six equivalent Ni atoms. All Ni–Ni bond lengths are 2.35 Å. O is bonded to four equivalent Zr atoms to form corner-sharing OZr4 tetrahedra.
