Materials Data on Zn2IrRh by Materials Project
IrRhZn2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two IrRhZn2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ir is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Zn atoms. Both Ir–Zn bond lengths are 2.42 Å. Rh is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Zn atoms. Both Rh–Zn bond lengths are 2.43 Å. Zn is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ir and one Rh atom.
