Materials Data on Yb3Ag by Materials Project
Yb3Ag is Uranium Silicide structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Yb is bonded in a distorted square co-planar geometry to four equivalent Ag atoms. All Yb–Ag bond lengths are 3.54 Å. Ag is bonded to twelve equivalent Yb atoms to form a mixture of face and corner-sharing AgYb12 cuboctahedra.
