Materials Data on Yb2CdGa by Materials Project
Yb2CdGa is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Yb is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Cd and four equivalent Ga atoms. All Yb–Cd bond lengths are 3.20 Å. All Yb–Ga bond lengths are 3.20 Å. Cd is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Yb atoms. Ga is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Yb atoms.
