Materials Data on YBiO12 by Materials Project
YO12Bi crystallizes in the cubic Fd-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of eight bismuth molecules and one YO12 framework. In the YO12 framework, Y is bonded in a cuboctahedral geometry to twelve equivalent O atoms. All Y–O bond lengths are 2.55 Å. O is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to one Y and two equivalent O atoms. Both O–O bond lengths are 1.69 Å.
