Materials Data on Y2InCu by Materials Project
Y2CuIn crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Y2CuIn ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Y is bonded in a linear geometry to one Cu and one In atom. The Y–Cu bond length is 2.81 Å. The Y–In bond length is 3.03 Å. Cu is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Y atoms. In is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Y atoms.
