Materials Data on TmSi3 by Materials Project
TmSi3 is Uranium Silicide structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Tm is bonded to twelve equivalent Si atoms to form a mixture of corner and face-sharing TmSi12 cuboctahedra. All Tm–Si bond lengths are 2.90 Å. Si is bonded in a square co-planar geometry to four equivalent Tm atoms.
