Materials Data on TlIn2Bi by Materials Project
TlIn2Bi crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two TlIn2Bi ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Tl is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent In atoms. Both Tl–In bond lengths are 2.89 Å. In is bonded in a linear geometry to one Tl and one Bi atom. The In–Bi bond length is 2.73 Å. Bi is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent In atoms.
