Materials Data on TeAs2 by Materials Project
As2Te crystallizes in the tetragonal I-42d space group. The structure is three-dimensional. As1+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Te2- atoms. Both As–Te bond lengths are 2.83 Å. Te2- is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent As1+ atoms.
