Materials Data on TaCoP by Materials Project
TaCoP crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ta is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five equivalent P atoms. There are a spread of Ta–P bond distances ranging from 2.56–2.62 Å. Co is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent P atoms. There are a spread of Co–P bond distances ranging from 2.26–2.34 Å. P is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Ta and four equivalent Co atoms.
