Materials Data on TaAlFe2 by Materials Project
Fe2Ta(Al) is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ta is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Fe atoms. All Ta–Fe bond lengths are 2.56 Å. Fe is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Ta and four equivalent Al atoms. All Fe–Al bond lengths are 2.56 Å. Al is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Fe atoms.
