Materials Data on Ta2ZnRe by Materials Project
Ta2ReZn crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Ta2ReZn ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ta is bonded in a linear geometry to one Re and one Zn atom. The Ta–Re bond length is 2.28 Å. The Ta–Zn bond length is 2.79 Å. Re is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ta atoms. Zn is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ta atoms.
