Materials Data on Ta2OsPd by Materials Project
Ta2OsPd crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Ta2OsPd ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ta is bonded in a linear geometry to one Os and one Pd atom. The Ta–Os bond length is 2.30 Å. The Ta–Pd bond length is 2.54 Å. Os is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ta atoms. Pd is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ta atoms.
