Materials Data on SrLaZn2 by Materials Project
SrLaZn2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two SrLaZn2 ribbons oriented in the (0, 1, 0) direction. Sr is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Zn atoms. Both Sr–Zn bond lengths are 3.38 Å. La is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Zn atoms. Both La–Zn bond lengths are 3.04 Å. Zn is bonded in a linear geometry to one Sr and one La atom.
