Materials Data on Sr2CuS2F by Materials Project

Sr2CuS2F crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/mmm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of one Sr2CuS2F ribbon oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction. Sr2+ is bonded in a linear geometry to one S2- and one F1- atom. The Sr–S bond length is 2.66 Å. The Sr–F bond length is 2.32 Å. Cu1+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent S2- atoms. Both Cu–S bond lengths are 2.07 Å. S2- is bonded in a linear geometry to one Sr2+ and one Cu1+ atom. F1- is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Sr2+ atoms.
