Materials Data on Sm4Co by Materials Project
Sm4Co is Iron carbide-like structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fd-3m space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of eight Sm4Co clusters. Sm is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Co atom. The Sm–Co bond length is 2.52 Å. Co is bonded in a tetrahedral geometry to four equivalent Sm atoms.
