Materials Data on SiH2 by Materials Project
SiH2 is alpha-like structured and crystallizes in the monoclinic P2_1/m space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of ten silylene molecules. Si is bonded in a water-like geometry to two equivalent H atoms. Both Si–H bond lengths are 1.50 Å. H is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Si atom.
