Materials Data on Si3CCl7 by Materials Project
CSiCl3(SiCl2)2 crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of sixteen dichlorosilane molecules, eight methane molecules, and eight trichlorosilane molecules.
