Materials Data on ScTlCu2 by Materials Project
ScCu2Tl crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two ScCu2Tl ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Sc is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Cu atoms. Both Sc–Cu bond lengths are 2.64 Å. Cu is bonded in a linear geometry to one Sc and one Tl atom. The Cu–Tl bond length is 2.74 Å. Tl is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Cu atoms.
