Materials Data on ScTiCo2 by Materials Project
ScTiCo2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two ScTiCo2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Sc is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Co atoms. Both Sc–Co bond lengths are 2.34 Å. Ti is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Co atoms. Both Ti–Co bond lengths are 2.05 Å. Co is bonded in a linear geometry to one Sc and one Ti atom.
