Materials Data on ScSn by Materials Project
ScSn is Zincblende, Sphalerite structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Sc is bonded to four equivalent Sn atoms to form corner-sharing ScSn4 tetrahedra. All Sc–Sn bond lengths are 2.90 Å. Sn is bonded to four equivalent Sc atoms to form corner-sharing SnSc4 tetrahedra.
