Materials Data on ScGaAg2 by Materials Project
ScAg2Ga crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two ScAg2Ga ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Sc is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ag atoms. Both Sc–Ag bond lengths are 2.82 Å. Ag is bonded in a linear geometry to one Sc and one Ga atom. The Ag–Ga bond length is 2.62 Å. Ga is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ag atoms.
