Materials Data on ScGa2Os by Materials Project
ScOsGa2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two ScOsGa2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Sc is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ga atoms. Both Sc–Ga bond lengths are 2.77 Å. Os is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ga atoms. Both Os–Ga bond lengths are 2.41 Å. Ga is bonded in a linear geometry to one Sc and one Os atom.
