Materials Data on Nd4Al by Materials Project
Nd4Al is Iron carbide-like structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fd-3m space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of eight Nd4Al clusters. Nd is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Al atom. The Nd–Al bond length is 2.84 Å. Al is bonded in a tetrahedral geometry to four equivalent Nd atoms.
