Materials Data on MnZn2Co by Materials Project
Zn2CoMn crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Zn2CoMn ribbons oriented in the (0, 1, 0) direction. Mn is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Zn atoms. Both Mn–Zn bond lengths are 2.70 Å. Co is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Zn atoms. Both Co–Zn bond lengths are 2.44 Å. Zn is bonded in a linear geometry to one Mn and one Co atom.
