Materials Data on MgH18I2O9 by Materials Project
Mg(H2O)6(H2O)3(I)2 crystallizes in the monoclinic P2_1/c space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of eight hydriodic acid molecules, four magnesium;hexahydrate molecules, and twelve water molecules.
