Materials Data on LuGaPd by Materials Project
LuPdGa crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Lu is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Pd and six equivalent Ga atoms. There are a spread of Lu–Pd bond distances ranging from 2.84–2.98 Å. There are a spread of Lu–Ga bond distances ranging from 3.05–3.25 Å. Pd is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Lu and four equivalent Ga atoms. There are a spread of Pd–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.60–2.69 Å. Ga is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Lu and four equivalent Pd atoms.
