Materials Data on LiZnGa2 by Materials Project
LiZnGa2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two LiZnGa2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Li is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ga atoms. Both Li–Ga bond lengths are 2.66 Å. Zn is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ga atoms. Both Zn–Ga bond lengths are 2.54 Å. Ga is bonded in a linear geometry to one Li and one Zn atom.
