Materials Data on LiCa2Zn by Materials Project
LiCa2Zn crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two LiCa2Zn ribbons oriented in the (0, 1, 0) direction. Li is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ca atoms. Both Li–Ca bond lengths are 3.40 Å. Ca is bonded in a linear geometry to one Li and one Zn atom. The Ca–Zn bond length is 3.27 Å. Zn is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ca atoms.
