Materials Data on Li2CaMg by Materials Project
Li2CaMg crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Li2CaMg ribbons oriented in the (0, 1, 0) direction. Li is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ca and one Mg atom. The Li–Ca bond length is 3.46 Å. The Li–Mg bond length is 3.05 Å. Ca is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Li atoms. Mg is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Li atoms.
