Materials Data on K2AgAu by Materials Project
K2AuAg crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two K2AuAg ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. K is bonded in a linear geometry to one Au and one Ag atom. The K–Au bond length is 3.06 Å. The K–Ag bond length is 3.19 Å. Au is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent K atoms. Ag is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent K atoms.
