Materials Data on Hf2CuSiAs2 by Materials Project
(HfAs)2CuSi is Caswellsilverite-like structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/mmm space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of one copper molecule, one silicon molecule, and two HfAs clusters. In each HfAs cluster, Hf4+ is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one As3- atom. The Hf–As bond length is 2.31 Å. As3- is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Hf4+ atom.
