Materials Data on Eu2(Ga3Rh)3 by Materials Project

Eu2(RhGa3)3 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Cmcm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Eu is bonded in a 11-coordinate geometry to eleven Ga atoms. There are a spread of Eu–Ga bond distances ranging from 3.11–3.18 Å. There are two inequivalent Rh sites. In the first Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight Ga atoms. There are a spread of Rh–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.62–2.65 Å. In the second Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight Ga atoms. There are a spread of Rh–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.64–2.66 Å. There are four inequivalent Ga sites. In the first Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to three equivalent Eu, three Rh, and five Ga atoms. There are a spread of Ga–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.80–3.00 Å. In the second Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Eu, two equivalent Rh, and six Ga atoms. Both Ga–Ga bond lengths are 2.76 Å. In the third Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Eu, three Rh, and five Ga atoms. There are one shorter (2.76 Å) and two longer (2.91 Å) Ga–Ga bond lengths. In the fourth Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Eu, two equivalent Rh, and six Ga atoms. The Ga–Ga bond length is 2.75 Å.

Materials Data on Ga3Rh by Materials Project

RhGa3 crystallizes in the tetragonal P4_2/mnm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Rh is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight Ga atoms. There are a spread of Rh–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.46–2.59 Å. There are two inequivalent Ga sites. In the first Ga site, Ga is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Rh atoms. In the second Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to three equivalent Rh atoms.

Materials Data on Tm2(Ga3Rh)3 by Materials Project

Tm2(RhGa3)3 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Cmcm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Tm is bonded in a 11-coordinate geometry to eleven Ga atoms. There are a spread of Tm–Ga bond distances ranging from 3.01–3.13 Å. There are two inequivalent Rh sites. In the first Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight Ga atoms. There are a spread of Rh–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.57–2.65 Å. In the second Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight Ga atoms. There are a spread of Rh–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.56–2.63 Å. There are four inequivalent Ga sites. In the first Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Tm, two equivalent Rh, and six Ga atoms. There are four shorter (2.75 Å) and two longer (2.77 Å) Ga–Ga bond lengths. In the second Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to three equivalent Tm, three Rh, and five Ga atoms. There are a spread of Ga–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.77–2.94 Å. In the third Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Tm, three Rh, and five Ga atoms. There are one shorter (2.80 Å) and two longer (2.81 Å) Ga–Ga bond lengths. In the fourth Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Tm, two equivalent Rh, and six Ga atoms. The Ga–Ga bond length is 2.75 Å.

Materials Data on Yb2(Ga3Rh)3 by Materials Project

Yb2Rh3Ga9 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Cmcm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Yb is bonded in a 11-coordinate geometry to eleven Ga atoms. There are a spread of Yb–Ga bond distances ranging from 3.04–3.15 Å. There are two inequivalent Rh sites. In the first Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight Ga atoms. There are a spread of Rh–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.56–2.62 Å. In the second Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight Ga atoms. There are four shorter (2.60 Å) and four longer (2.61 Å) Rh–Ga bond lengths. There are four inequivalent Ga sites. In the first Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Yb, two equivalent Rh, and six Ga atoms. All Ga–Ga bond lengths are 2.76 Å. In the second Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to three equivalent Yb, three Rh, and five Ga atoms. There are a spread of Ga–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.78–2.93 Å. In the third Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Yb, three Rh, and five Ga atoms. There are one shorter (2.76 Å) and two longer (2.85 Å) Ga–Ga bond lengths. In the fourth Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Yb, two equivalent Rh, and six Ga atoms. The Ga–Ga bond length is 2.74 Å.

Materials Data on Ga3Rh by Materials Project

RhGa3 is beta Cu3Ti-like structured and crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3/mmc space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Rh is bonded to twelve equivalent Ga atoms to form RhGa12 cuboctahedra that share corners with six equivalent RhGa12 cuboctahedra, corners with twelve equivalent GaGa8Rh4 cuboctahedra, edges with eighteen equivalent GaGa8Rh4 cuboctahedra, faces with eight equivalent RhGa12 cuboctahedra, and faces with twelve equivalent GaGa8Rh4 cuboctahedra. There are six shorter (2.71 Å) and six longer (2.90 Å) Rh–Ga bond lengths. Ga is bonded to four equivalent Rh and eight equivalent Ga atoms to form distorted GaGa8Rh4 cuboctahedra that share corners with four equivalent RhGa12 cuboctahedra, corners with fourteen equivalent GaGa8Rh4 cuboctahedra, edges with six equivalent RhGa12 cuboctahedra, edges with twelve equivalent GaGa8Rh4 cuboctahedra, faces with four equivalent RhGa12 cuboctahedra, and faces with sixteen equivalent GaGa8Rh4 cuboctahedra. There are a spread of Ga–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.64–2.94 Å.

Materials Data on Sm2(Ga3Rh)3 by Materials Project

Sm2(RhGa3)3 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Cmcm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Sm is bonded in a 11-coordinate geometry to eleven Ga atoms. There are a spread of Sm–Ga bond distances ranging from 3.05–3.15 Å. There are two inequivalent Rh sites. In the first Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight Ga atoms. There are four shorter (2.60 Å) and four longer (2.65 Å) Rh–Ga bond lengths. In the second Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight Ga atoms. There are a spread of Rh–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.59–2.64 Å. There are four inequivalent Ga sites. In the first Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Sm, two equivalent Rh, and six Ga atoms. There are four shorter (2.77 Å) and two longer (2.78 Å) Ga–Ga bond lengths. In the second Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to three equivalent Sm, three Rh, and five Ga atoms. There are a spread of Ga–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.80–2.98 Å. In the third Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Sm, three Rh, and five Ga atoms. There are one shorter (2.80 Å) and two longer (2.86 Å) Ga–Ga bond lengths. In the fourth Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Sm, two equivalent Rh, and six Ga atoms. The Ga–Ga bond length is 2.75 Å.
