Materials Data on NbGaTc2 by Materials Project

NbTc2Ga crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two NbTc2Ga ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Nb3+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Tc3- atoms. Both Nb–Tc bond lengths are 2.24 Å. Tc3- is bonded in a linear geometry to one Nb3+ and one Ga3+ atom. The Tc–Ga bond length is 2.54 Å. Ga3+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Tc3- atoms.

Materials Data on NbGaTc2 by Materials Project

NbTc2Ga is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Nb3+ is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Tc3- atoms. All Nb–Tc bond lengths are 2.72 Å. Tc3- is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Nb3+ and four equivalent Ga3+ atoms. All Tc–Ga bond lengths are 2.72 Å. Ga3+ is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Tc3- atoms.
