Materials Data on GaReGe2 by Materials Project
ReGaGe2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two ReGaGe2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Re is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ge atoms. Both Re–Ge bond lengths are 2.34 Å. Ga is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ge atoms. Both Ga–Ge bond lengths are 2.31 Å. Ge is bonded in a linear geometry to one Re and one Ga atom.
