Materials Data on Fe2IrRh by Materials Project
Fe2IrRh crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Fe2IrRh ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Fe is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ir and one Rh atom. The Fe–Ir bond length is 2.26 Å. The Fe–Rh bond length is 2.26 Å. Ir is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Fe atoms. Rh is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Fe atoms.
