Materials Data on EuTe by Materials Project

EuTe is Tetraauricupride structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Eu2+ is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Te2- atoms. All Eu–Te bond lengths are 3.50 Å. Te2- is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Eu2+ atoms.

Materials Data on EuTe by Materials Project

EuTe is Halite, Rock Salt structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Eu2+ is bonded to six equivalent Te2- atoms to form a mixture of edge and corner-sharing EuTe6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°. All Eu–Te bond lengths are 3.27 Å. Te2- is bonded to six equivalent Eu2+ atoms to form a mixture of edge and corner-sharing TeEu6 octahedra. The corner-sharing octahedral tilt angles are 0°.

Materials Data on Eu3Te by Materials Project

Eu3Te is Uranium Silicide structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Eu is bonded in a distorted square co-planar geometry to four equivalent Te atoms. All Eu–Te bond lengths are 3.65 Å. Te is bonded to twelve equivalent Eu atoms to form a mixture of corner and face-sharing TeEu12 cuboctahedra.
