Materials Data on ZrGaCu by Materials Project

ZrCuGa crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3/mmc space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Zr is bonded to six equivalent Cu and six equivalent Ga atoms to form a mixture of edge and face-sharing ZrGa6Cu6 cuboctahedra. All Zr–Cu bond lengths are 2.93 Å. All Zr–Ga bond lengths are 2.93 Å. Cu is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Zr and three equivalent Ga atoms. All Cu–Ga bond lengths are 2.45 Å. Ga is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Zr and three equivalent Cu atoms.

Materials Data on ZrGaCu2 by Materials Project

ZrCu2Ga crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two ZrCu2Ga ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Zr is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Cu atoms. Both Zr–Cu bond lengths are 2.67 Å. Cu is bonded in a linear geometry to one Zr and one Ga atom. The Cu–Ga bond length is 2.46 Å. Ga is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Cu atoms.

Materials Data on Zr2Ga3Cu by Materials Project

Zr2CuGa3 crystallizes in the monoclinic Cm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are two inequivalent Zr sites. In the first Zr site, Zr is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to three equivalent Cu and nine Ga atoms. There are one shorter (3.05 Å) and two longer (3.07 Å) Zr–Cu bond lengths. There are a spread of Zr–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.87–3.18 Å. In the second Zr site, Zr is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to three equivalent Cu and nine Ga atoms. There are two shorter (2.91 Å) and one longer (2.98 Å) Zr–Cu bond lengths. There are a spread of Zr–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.90–3.27 Å. Cu is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six Zr and four Ga atoms. There are a spread of Cu–Ga bond distances ranging from 2.40–2.64 Å. There are three inequivalent Ga sites. In the first Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six Zr, one Cu, and three Ga atoms. There are two shorter (2.52 Å) and one longer (2.84 Å) Ga–Ga bond lengths. In the second Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six Zr, two equivalent Cu, and two Ga atoms. The Ga–Ga bond length is 2.56 Å. In the third Ga site, Ga is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six Zr, one Cu, and three Ga atoms.

Materials Data on Zr2GaCu by Materials Project

Zr2CuGa crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Zr2CuGa ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Zr is bonded in a linear geometry to one Cu and one Ga atom. The Zr–Cu bond length is 2.60 Å. The Zr–Ga bond length is 2.76 Å. Cu is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Zr atoms. Ga is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Zr atoms.
