Materials Data on CeGe3Rh by Materials Project

CeRhGe3 crystallizes in the tetragonal I4mm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ce is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Rh and twelve Ge atoms. There are one shorter (3.37 Å) and four longer (3.54 Å) Ce–Rh bond lengths. There are eight shorter (3.22 Å) and four longer (3.47 Å) Ce–Ge bond lengths. Rh is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Ce and five Ge atoms. There are one shorter (2.40 Å) and four longer (2.44 Å) Rh–Ge bond lengths. There are two inequivalent Ge sites. In the first Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ce, two equivalent Rh, and two equivalent Ge atoms. Both Ge–Ge bond lengths are 2.73 Å. In the second Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ce, one Rh, and four equivalent Ge atoms.

Ce3Rh2Ge2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pbcm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are two inequivalent Ce sites. In the first Ce site, Ce is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Rh and five Ge atoms. There are two shorter (3.08 Å) and two longer (3.10 Å) Ce–Rh bond lengths. There are a spread of Ce–Ge bond distances ranging from 3.03–3.34 Å. In the second Ce site, Ce is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Rh and five Ge atoms. There are a spread of Ce–Rh bond distances ranging from 2.86–3.22 Å. There are a spread of Ce–Ge bond distances ranging from 3.10–3.40 Å. Rh is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to six Ce and three Ge atoms. There are a spread of Rh–Ge bond distances ranging from 2.56–2.68 Å. There are two inequivalent Ge sites. In the first Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to eight Ce and four equivalent Rh atoms. In the second Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to seven Ce and two equivalent Rh atoms.

CeRhGe crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ce is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Rh and six equivalent Ge atoms. There are a spread of Ce–Rh bond distances ranging from 2.94–3.42 Å. There are a spread of Ce–Ge bond distances ranging from 3.10–3.21 Å. Rh is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Ce and four equivalent Ge atoms. There are a spread of Rh–Ge bond distances ranging from 2.58–2.76 Å. Ge is bonded in a 10-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Ce and four equivalent Rh atoms.

Materials Data on Ce5Ge2Rh by Materials Project

Ce5RhGe2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Pnma space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are four inequivalent Ce sites. In the first Ce site, Ce is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Rh and three equivalent Ge atoms. There are one shorter (2.80 Å) and one longer (3.03 Å) Ce–Rh bond lengths. There are a spread of Ce–Ge bond distances ranging from 3.19–3.37 Å. In the second Ce site, Ce is bonded to one Rh and four equivalent Ge atoms to form distorted edge-sharing CeGe4Rh square pyramids. The Ce–Rh bond length is 3.13 Å. All Ce–Ge bond lengths are 3.07 Å. In the third Ce site, Ce is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to one Rh and four equivalent Ge atoms. The Ce–Rh bond length is 2.79 Å. There are two shorter (3.13 Å) and two longer (3.14 Å) Ce–Ge bond lengths. In the fourth Ce site, Ce is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to one Rh and four equivalent Ge atoms. The Ce–Rh bond length is 2.85 Å. There are two shorter (3.11 Å) and two longer (3.12 Å) Ce–Ge bond lengths. Rh is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to seven Ce atoms. Ge is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to nine Ce atoms.

Materials Data on Ce(GeRh)2 by Materials Project

CeRh2Ge2 crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/mmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ce is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight equivalent Rh and eight equivalent Ge atoms. All Ce–Rh bond lengths are 3.35 Å. All Ce–Ge bond lengths are 3.22 Å. Rh is bonded to four equivalent Ce and four equivalent Ge atoms to form a mixture of distorted edge, face, and corner-sharing RhCe4Ge4 tetrahedra. All Rh–Ge bond lengths are 2.48 Å. Ge is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ce, four equivalent Rh, and one Ge atom. The Ge–Ge bond length is 2.57 Å.

Ce3Rh4Ge4 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are two inequivalent Ce sites. In the first Ce site, Ce is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to eight Rh and six Ge atoms. There are a spread of Ce–Rh bond distances ranging from 3.17–3.44 Å. There are two shorter (3.15 Å) and four longer (3.20 Å) Ce–Ge bond lengths. In the second Ce site, Ce is bonded to four equivalent Rh and eight equivalent Ge atoms to form a mixture of face and edge-sharing CeGe8Rh4 cuboctahedra. All Ce–Rh bond lengths are 3.18 Å. All Ce–Ge bond lengths are 3.19 Å. There are two inequivalent Rh sites. In the first Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to six Ce and three Ge atoms. There are two shorter (2.47 Å) and one longer (2.48 Å) Rh–Ge bond lengths. In the second Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ce and four equivalent Ge atoms. There are two shorter (2.45 Å) and two longer (2.52 Å) Rh–Ge bond lengths. There are two inequivalent Ge sites. In the first Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ce and five Rh atoms. In the second Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to six Ce, two equivalent Rh, and one Ge atom. The Ge–Ge bond length is 2.48 Å.

Ce2Rh3Ge5 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Ibam space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ce is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to seven Rh and ten Ge atoms. There are a spread of Ce–Rh bond distances ranging from 3.17–3.52 Å. There are a spread of Ce–Ge bond distances ranging from 3.02–3.30 Å. There are two inequivalent Rh sites. In the first Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ce and six Ge atoms. There are four shorter (2.53 Å) and two longer (2.69 Å) Rh–Ge bond lengths. In the second Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five equivalent Ce and five Ge atoms. There are a spread of Rh–Ge bond distances ranging from 2.41–2.52 Å. There are three inequivalent Ge sites. In the first Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ce and four equivalent Rh atoms. In the second Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ce, three Rh, and two equivalent Ge atoms. Both Ge–Ge bond lengths are 2.67 Å. In the third Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ce, three Rh, and two equivalent Ge atoms.

In the first Ce site, Ce is bonded to two equivalent Rh and ten Ge atoms to form a mixture of edge and face-sharing CeGe10Rh2 cuboctahedra. Both Ce–Rh bond lengths are 3.19 Å. There are a spread of Ce–Ge bond distances ranging from 3.19–3.36 Å. In the second Ce site, Ce is bonded to four equivalent Rh and eight Ge atoms to form a mixture of edge and face-sharing CeGe8Rh4 cuboctahedra. All Ce–Rh bond lengths are 3.19 Å. There are a spread of Ce–Ge bond distances ranging from 3.15–3.38 Å. Rh is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to six Ce and three Ge atoms. There are one shorter (2.43 Å) and two longer (2.45 Å) Rh–Ge bond lengths. There are three inequivalent Ge sites. In the first Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to six Ce and three Ge atoms. All Ge–Ge bond lengths are 2.46 Å. In the second Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to six Ce, two equivalent Rh, and one Ge atom. In the third Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to six Ce, one Rh, and two equivalent Ge atoms.

Materials Data on Ce(Ge2Rh3)2 by Materials Project

Ce(Rh3Ge2)2 crystallizes in the hexagonal P-6m2 space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ce is bonded to six equivalent Rh and six equivalent Ge atoms to form face-sharing CeGe6Rh6 cuboctahedra. All Ce–Rh bond lengths are 3.16 Å. All Ce–Ge bond lengths are 3.15 Å. There are two inequivalent Rh sites. In the first Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five Ge atoms. There are one shorter (2.50 Å) and four longer (2.57 Å) Rh–Ge bond lengths. In the second Rh site, Rh is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Ce and four Ge atoms. There are two shorter (2.49 Å) and two longer (2.57 Å) Rh–Ge bond lengths. There are two inequivalent Ge sites. In the first Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 9-coordinate geometry to nine Rh atoms. In the second Ge site, Ge is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Ce and six Rh atoms.
