Materials Data on CaLaPb2 by Materials Project
CaLaPb2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two CaLaPb2 ribbons oriented in the (0, 1, 0) direction. Ca is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pb atoms. Both Ca–Pb bond lengths are 3.07 Å. La is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pb atoms. Both La–Pb bond lengths are 2.98 Å. Pb is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ca and one La atom.
