Materials Data on CaAgAu2 by Materials Project
CaAu2Ag crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two CaAu2Ag ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ca is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Au atoms. Both Ca–Au bond lengths are 2.68 Å. Au is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ca and one Ag atom. The Au–Ag bond length is 2.69 Å. Ag is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Au atoms.
