Materials Data on Ca4Rh6Pb19 by Materials Project

Ca4Rh6Pb19 crystallizes in the cubic I23 space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Ca is bonded in a distorted q6 geometry to ten Pb atoms. There are a spread of Ca–Pb bond distances ranging from 3.34–3.58 Å. Rh is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to one Rh and six Pb atoms. The Rh–Rh bond length is 2.81 Å. There are a spread of Rh–Pb bond distances ranging from 2.71–2.87 Å. There are three inequivalent Pb sites. In the first Pb site, Pb is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Ca and two equivalent Rh atoms. In the second Pb site, Pb is bonded in a tetrahedral geometry to four equivalent Ca atoms. In the third Pb site, Pb is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Ca and two equivalent Rh atoms.

Materials Data on CaRh2Pb by Materials Project

CaRh2Pb crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two CaRh2Pb ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ca is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Rh atoms. Both Ca–Rh bond lengths are 2.49 Å. Rh is bonded in a distorted linear geometry to one Ca and one Pb atom. The Rh–Pb bond length is 2.54 Å. Pb is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Rh atoms.
