Materials Data on Ca2PH by Materials Project
Ca2PH crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Ca2PH ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ca2+ is bonded in a linear geometry to one P3- and one H1- atom. The Ca–P bond length is 2.51 Å. The Ca–H bond length is 2.24 Å. P3- is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ca2+ atoms. H1- is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ca2+ atoms.
