Materials Data on BiPd2Au by Materials Project

Pd2AuBi is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Pd is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Au and four equivalent Bi atoms. All Pd–Au bond lengths are 2.90 Å. All Pd–Bi bond lengths are 2.90 Å. Au is bonded in a distorted body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Pd and six equivalent Bi atoms. All Au–Bi bond lengths are 3.35 Å. Bi is bonded in a distorted body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Pd and six equivalent Au atoms.

Materials Data on BiPd2Au by Materials Project

Pd2AuBi crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Pd2AuBi ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Pd is bonded in a linear geometry to one Au and one Bi atom. The Pd–Au bond length is 2.60 Å. The Pd–Bi bond length is 2.47 Å. Au is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pd atoms. Bi is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pd atoms.
