Materials Data on BaNa2Ca by Materials Project
Na2BaCa crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Na2BaCa ribbons oriented in the (0, 1, 0) direction. Na is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ba and one Ca atom. The Na–Ba bond length is 3.98 Å. The Na–Ca bond length is 3.63 Å. Ba is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Na atoms. Ca is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Na atoms.
