Materials Data on NaLiB4O7 by Materials Project

LiNaB4O7 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Fdd2 space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Na1+ is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five O2- atoms. There are a spread of Na–O bond distances ranging from 2.31–2.50 Å. Li1+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form distorted LiO4 tetrahedra that share a cornercorner with one LiO4 tetrahedra and corners with five BO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of Li–O bond distances ranging from 1.96–2.29 Å. There are four inequivalent B3+ sites. In the first B3+ site, B3+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form BO4 tetrahedra that share a cornercorner with one BO4 tetrahedra and corners with three equivalent LiO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of B–O bond distances ranging from 1.46–1.51 Å. In the second B3+ site, B3+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form BO4 tetrahedra that share a cornercorner with one BO4 tetrahedra and corners with two equivalent LiO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of B–O bond distances ranging from 1.47–1.52 Å. In the third B3+ site, B3+ is bonded in a trigonal planar geometry to three O2- atoms. There are a spread of B–O bond distances ranging from 1.36–1.39 Å. In the fourth B3+ site, B3+ is bonded in a trigonal planar geometry to three O2- atoms. There is one shorter (1.36 Å) and two longer (1.39 Å) B–O bond length. There are eight inequivalent O2- sites. In the first O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to one Na1+ and two B3+ atoms. In the second O2- site, O2- is bonded in a trigonal planar geometry to one Li1+ and two B3+ atoms. In the third O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to one Na1+, one Li1+, and two B3+ atoms. In the fourth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to one Na1+, one Li1+, and two B3+ atoms. In the fifth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to one Na1+ and two B3+ atoms. In the sixth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a distorted bent 120 degrees geometry to two B3+ atoms. In the seventh O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Li1+ and two equivalent B3+ atoms. In the eighth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a distorted water-like geometry to two equivalent Na1+ and two equivalent B3+ atoms.

Materials Data on Na4Li5(BO3)3 by Materials Project

Na4Li5(BO3)3 crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are two inequivalent Na1+ sites. In the first Na1+ site, Na1+ is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to eight O2- atoms. There are a spread of Na–O bond distances ranging from 2.28–2.83 Å. In the second Na1+ site, Na1+ is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to six O2- atoms. There are a spread of Na–O bond distances ranging from 2.39–2.85 Å. There are three inequivalent Li1+ sites. In the first Li1+ site, Li1+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form a mixture of edge and corner-sharing LiO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of Li–O bond distances ranging from 1.90–2.06 Å. In the second Li1+ site, Li1+ is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to six O2- atoms. There are a spread of Li–O bond distances ranging from 2.05–2.46 Å. In the third Li1+ site, Li1+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form a mixture of edge and corner-sharing LiO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of Li–O bond distances ranging from 1.92–2.02 Å. There are two inequivalent B3+ sites. In the first B3+ site, B3+ is bonded in a trigonal planar geometry to three O2- atoms. There is one shorter (1.38 Å) and two longer (1.39 Å) B–O bond length. In the second B3+ site, B3+ is bonded in a trigonal planar geometry to three O2- atoms. There are a spread of B–O bond distances ranging from 1.38–1.41 Å. There are five inequivalent O2- sites. In the first O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to three Na1+, four Li1+, and one B3+ atom. In the second O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to three Na1+, three Li1+, and one B3+ atom. In the third O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to three Na1+, two Li1+, and one B3+ atom. In the fourth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to four Na1+, one Li1+, and one B3+ atom. In the fifth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 3-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Na1+, two equivalent Li1+, and one B3+ atom.

NaLi2BO3 crystallizes in the monoclinic P2_1/c space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are two inequivalent Na1+ sites. In the first Na1+ site, Na1+ is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five O2- atoms. There are a spread of Na–O bond distances ranging from 2.29–2.75 Å. In the second Na1+ site, Na1+ is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to seven O2- atoms. There are a spread of Na–O bond distances ranging from 2.42–2.64 Å. There are four inequivalent Li1+ sites. In the first Li1+ site, Li1+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form a mixture of distorted edge and corner-sharing LiO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of Li–O bond distances ranging from 1.95–2.02 Å. In the second Li1+ site, Li1+ is bonded in a 5-coordinate geometry to five O2- atoms. There are a spread of Li–O bond distances ranging from 1.98–2.25 Å. In the third Li1+ site, Li1+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form edge-sharing LiO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of Li–O bond distances ranging from 1.90–2.07 Å. In the fourth Li1+ site, Li1+ is bonded to four O2- atoms to form a mixture of edge and corner-sharing LiO4 tetrahedra. There are a spread of Li–O bond distances ranging from 1.94–2.02 Å. There are two inequivalent B3+ sites. In the first B3+ site, B3+ is bonded in a trigonal planar geometry to three O2- atoms. There is one shorter (1.39 Å) and two longer (1.40 Å) B–O bond length. In the second B3+ site, B3+ is bonded in a trigonal planar geometry to three O2- atoms. There are a spread of B–O bond distances ranging from 1.38–1.41 Å. There are six inequivalent O2- sites. In the first O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to one Na1+, four Li1+, and one B3+ atom. In the second O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to three Na1+, two Li1+, and one B3+ atom. In the third O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to two Na1+, three Li1+, and one B3+ atom. In the fourth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 1-coordinate geometry to three Na1+, two Li1+, and one B3+ atom. In the fifth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to one Na1+, four Li1+, and one B3+ atom. In the sixth O2- site, O2- is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to two Na1+, two Li1+, and one B3+ atom.
