Pd2AuTl is Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Pd is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Au and four equivalent Tl atoms. All Pd–Au bond lengths are 2.85 Å. All Pd–Tl bond lengths are 2.85 Å. Au is bonded in a distorted body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Pd and six equivalent Tl atoms. All Au–Tl bond lengths are 3.30 Å. Tl is bonded in a distorted body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Pd and six equivalent Au atoms.
