Materials Data on AlZnPd2 by Materials Project
Pd2ZnAl crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Pd2ZnAl ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Pd is bonded in a linear geometry to one Zn and one Al atom. The Pd–Zn bond length is 2.51 Å. The Pd–Al bond length is 2.26 Å. Zn is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pd atoms. Al is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pd atoms.
